We proudly offer absolute satisfaction guarantee, that ensures you will receive a purchased item on time and as described.
Our primary goal is to make you happy, so here are the following guarantees for our buyers:

Refund- if the item is not as described or came damaged;
Refund- if you simply do not want the product you received. In that case, you must Return the item at YOUR (buyer) OWN expense to our warehouse and the item must be unused.

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • The order does not arrive to the buyer, due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
  • The returned item, which was returned by the buyer, does not reach the facility, due to the wrong address, provided by the buyer
  • The order does not arrive, or arrived late, due to the exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster, or unforeseen circumstances)
  • In case your product arrives to you damaged, or you received an incorrect product, you are required to submit a photo evidence to us, at: contact@oceandino.store, within 14 days of receiving the item
  • If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued.
  • If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, you(buyer) must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
